When you are working on a design, you might have a layer that you'd like to use in other designs too. To achieve this, you can add the layer to your brand kit, either as a:

  • Logo

  • Cutout (foreground layer).

Once the layer is in your brand kit, it is available to everyone to use on designs in the same workspace.

Note: Brand kit is currently available on iPhone, iPad, and the Web App (desktop) versions of Photoroom. It is coming soon to Android.

On iPhone and iPad

To add a layer from a design to your brand kit as a logo or cutout on the Web App (desktop) version of Photoroom:

  1. On the Create page, select Your Content.

  2. Select the workspace you want to work in.

  3. Select the design that contains the layer you want to add to your brand kit.

  4. Select the layer that you want to add to your brand kit.

  5. Scroll down and select Save cutout to Brand kit.

  6. Choose either:

    • Save as cutout
The layer will be saved to the Cutouts section of your brand kit. This is designed for reusable foreground layers that are not logos.

    • Save as logo
The layer will be saved to the Logos section of your brand kit. This is designed for layers that are logo graphics.

Photoroom adds the layer to your brand kit. To view it, exit your design and go back to the workspace. Select Brand Kit from the options at the top. The layer is shown in the appropriate section of the brand kit.
