You can log in to Photoroom using an email address or a third-party account, such as Google, Apple, or Facebook. But be aware that each Photoroom account can only be associated with one email address.

If you want to use two different ways of logging in to the same account, they must both use the same email address.

Example: Same email addresses

You want to be able to log in to your Photoroom account using your Google account or by entering your email address:

  1. You sign up for Photoroom using your work email address: myname@mybusiness.com.

  2. You set up a Google account to also use your work email address:
    myname@mybusiness.com.

  3. You try to log in to Photoroom using your Google account.

Result:

Photoroom will log you in to your existing Photoroom account*. You can log into your Photoroom account using email or your Google account, as they both use the same email address.

*Photoroom will display an error message if it is unable to link your Google account and your Photoroom account.

Example: Different email addresses

You want to be able to log in to your Photoroom account using your Google account or by entering your email address:

  1. You sign up for a Google account and set up a gmail address:
    [email protected].

  2. You sign up for Photoroom using your personal email address: [email protected].

  3. You try to log in to Photoroom using your Google account.

Result:

Photoroom will create a new, separate Photoroom account associated with your Google account email address. You will now have two separate Photoroom accounts, one for your Google account and one for your personal email address.
