Is your bank statement showing that you are being billed by Photoroom and you're not sure why? This is because you still have an active subscription.
To investigate (and cancel, if you wish):
Check if you are being billed through the Apple App Store
If you are being billed for Photoroom from the Apple App Store, you will need to manage your subscriptions there too.
On your iPhone or iPad:
Open the Settings app.
Select your Apple ID (your name at the top).
Select Subscriptions.
Find your Photoroom subscription.
If you do not see a Photoroom subscription, it means you did not subscribe to Photoroom using the selected Apple ID. If you have multiple Apple IDs, sign out and then sign in with one of your other Apple IDs. Repeat the steps in this process until you find the Apple ID that has a subscription. You can then continue with step 5.
If none of your Apple IDs have a subscription, it is likely that your active subscription was made in another way. Follow the instructions in the below sections to try and find the active subscription:
Check if you are being billed directly by Photoroom
Check if you are being billed through the Google Play Store
Select the Photoroom subscription to view its details. To stop the subscription, select Cancel Subscription.
On Mac:
Open System Settings.
Select your name or sign in if required.
