Each layer in your Photoroom designs has a Tile effect feature that you can use to repeat the content on that layer. This is a handy way of creating repeated patterns (tile effects), similar to those you might find on wallpaper.
For example, you could create a design that repeats your logo as a tile effect.
On iPhone and iPad
To create a tile effect on the iPhone or iPad version of Photoroom:
On the Create page, select Your Content and choose one of your existing designs to edit.
Alternatively, you could create a new design and then edit that.
Select Layers.
Select the layer you want to edit. Each layer has its own separate Transform settings.
Select Transform to reveal the transform settings.
Select Tile.
Use the slider to control the tile effect. The higher the number, the more times the content on the layer will repeat.
For example:1 repeats the content so that it is repeated 1 times in all directions, forming a 3x3 grid pattern.
2 repeats the content 2 times in all directions, forming a 5x5 grid pattern.
7 repeats the content 7 times in all directions, forming a 15x15 grid pattern.
10 repeats the content 10 times in all directions, forming a 20x20 grid pattern.
Select Done to close the settings for that layer.
Select Done to close the Layers settings.
[Optional] Select Export. Use the export settings to share the design and download a copy of the design as an image file.
Select the cross icon ( X ) to close and save your design and to return to Your Content.
Note: At larger tile sizes, the layer may not fit on the canvas. You will need to resize the layer to see the full grid.
