In a shared Space, you and your colleagues can work on the same designs at the same time. Edit the content together, use comments for feedback, and inspire each other!
Avatar icons show which teammates are working on this design.
Provide feedback with an emoji.
Use comments to communicate with each other.
When editing together, if a teammate has a layer selected, that layer appears with a surrounding box. It also has a letter to represent the teammate's name.
You can add comments when editing too. Go back and forth to discuss the best approach for your design.

On iPhone and iPad
To collaborate on a design:

Select the Space you want to work in.
Select the design you want to work on.
Your next action depends on what you want to do:
Select the emoji icon to use an emoji for feedback.
Select Comments to provide feedback. Read the comments or add your own comment.
Select Share if you want to share the design with other people (see Share a design).
Select Edit to make changes to the design.
If you selected Edit, select either:
Edit this design
Select this option to edit the design at the same time as your teammates.
Edit a copy
Select this option to create a copy of the design in its current state. You will then work alone on the copy. The copy is a new, completely separate design to the original.
Use the editing tools to make changes to the design. The other people working on the design will be editing at the same time, so you may see parts of the design change as you work.
Remember that:
If a layer has a box around it and an avatar, it means someone else in your team is editing that layer.
You can see who else is working on the design by looking at the avatars at the top.
You can use the Comments feature, available in the toolbar at the top, to communicate with your team in the design. To learn more, see the Comments articles.
[Optional] Select Export. Use the export settings to download the design as an image file and to share it with other people. For instructions, see Export a design and Share a design.
Exit the editor to save the design.
On Android
To work with teammates on a design:
Select the Space you want to work in.
Select the design you want to work on.

Log in to Photoroom at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space you want to work in.
Select the design you want to work on.
Use the Comments sidebar to communicate with your teammates. You can comment with text and emojis.
Note: You can display the Comments sidebar at any time by selecting the comment icon next to the design.
Use the editing tools to make the changes you want to make. The other people working on the design may be editing at the same time, so parts of the design change as you work.

You can see who else is working on the design by looking at the avatars at the top.

[Optional] Select Download to download the design as an image file. Enter a file name, choose the file format, and select Download.
Select the Home icon to exit the editor and save the design.
