Turn auto-redrawing of AI Backgrounds on or off (iOS)

Learn how to control whether Photoroom automatically redraws AI Backgrounds when you move a foreground layer. iOS

By default, if you move a foreground layer (object layer) on a design that has an AI Background, Photoroom will redraw the AI Background. You can turn the auto-redrawing off if you prefer.

Note: Enable automatic regeneration affects AI Shadows and AI Backgrounds.

On iPhone and iPad

To turn Enable automatic regeneration on or off:

  1. Select the Space you want to have different auto-redraw behavior.

  2. Select Content.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Turn:

    • Enable automatic regeneration on if you want auto-redraw.

    • Enable automatic regeneration off to prevent Photoroom from automatically redrawing AI Backgrounds.

  5. Select the back arrow or Home to exit.
