Use filters to show only the products that match certain criteria. This makes it easier to find and manage specific products in your Product Catalog.

Close up of filter settings on Products screen.

You can filter by:

  • Collection

  • Status.

Filter products by collection

Filter by collection to show only products that belong to specific Shopify collections.

Note: Collections are categories that you can create in Shopify. They let you organize products into groups, such as sale items, summer clothing, and winter clothing.

Steps (Web App)

To filter products by collection:

  1. On the Products screen, select Collection.

  2. Use the checkboxes to choose which collections to display.

    • Check a collection to show it

    • Clear a collection to hide it.

Photoroom updates the Products screen to show only products from the selected collections.

Tip: Use the Search field at the top of the collection menu to search for a collection by name.

Filter products by status

Filter by status to show only products with specific Shopify statuses.

The possible statuses are:

  • Active
The product is published and available to customers.

  • Draft
The product is not published and is unavailable to customers.

  • Archived
The product is no longer for sale.

  • Unlisted
The product is live but is hidden from store search and collection pages.

Steps (Web App)

To filter products by status:

  1. On the Products screen, select Status.

  2. Use the checkboxes to choose which statuses to display.

    • Check a status to show it.

    • Clear a status to hide it.

Photoroom updates the Products screen to show only products with the selected statuses.
