Download a design (iOS)

How to export or download a design as an image file. iOS.

When you have finished editing a design, you can download it as an image file. You can then:

  • Use the image file in other apps

  • Store the image file so that you have a backup outside of Photoroom.

Steps (iOS)

To download an image:

  1. Open an image in the main editor, either by creating a new image or editing an existing design.

  2. Select Save.
    ​
    By default, Photoroom downloads the image to your device's camera roll. This feature can be turned off in your Settings.
    ​

  3. [Optional] Use the options to save and share the design:
    ​

    • Save to cameral roll

    • Share image to share via a messaging service, email, AirDrop, and similar.

    • Send link to share a link to your design.

  4. Select Close design.

You can now access your design as an image file from your device's Photos app.
