Rename a Space (Web App)

How to change the name, description, and logo of a Space. (Web App).

As a Space Admin, you can rename a Space so other people can better understand its purpose. Common reasons for renaming include:

  • Fix a typing mistake

  • Make the Space name more intuitive

  • Ensure consistency with other Space names

When you change a Space name, you can also edit the Space description and upload a logo.

Note: You cannot change the name of a Space on the Android or iOS versions of Photoroom. You must use the Web App to change a name.

Availability

Web App only

Requires Admin role for the Space.

Steps (Web App)

To change the name, description, or logo of a Space:

  1. Log in at app.photoroom.com

  2. Select the Space you want to rename.

  3. Select Manage Space.

  4. Select Space details.

  5. Enter a new:
    ​

    • Space name

    • Space description
      ​

  6. [Optional] Select Add logo and upload an image to use instead of the existing logo.

  7. Select X to exit.
