Only show custom templates in a Space (Web App)

How to restrict a Space so that members can only see and use custom templates created by teammates. Web App.

If you are a Space Admin and using the Web App, you can control which templates people can use:

  • All templates
    Teammates can access all templates, including custom templates and Photoroom pre-made templates (such as Classics).
    ​

  • Space templates only
    Teammates can only access custom templates created within the Space.

Availability

Web App only

Requires Admin role for the Space.

Steps (Web App)

To control access to templates in a Space:

  1. Log in to Photoroom at app.photoroom.com as a Space admin.

  2. Select the Space you want to control.​

  3. Select Manage Space.

  4. Select Settings in the sidebar for the Space.

  5. In the Content Control section, use Show Space templates only to control access:
    ​

    • Turn Show Space templates only on to hide Photoroom's pre-made templates. Your teammates will only be able to use templates that were made by members of the Space.
      ​

    • Turn Show Space templates only off to allow teammates to use all templates.
      ​

  6. Select X to exit.
