When you're editing an image, you could use a text layer that has a font that should also be used in other designs. To make it easier to find the same font again, you can save it to the Brand Library for the Space.

Then, when you edit another image, you can choose the font from the shorter Brand Library list (or Styles) rather than having to search through the full list of fonts.

Note: You can also add fonts to your Brand Library (see the articles in the Related content section at the end). This is different to saving as you can add a font without using it on a design. With saving, you need to use the font on a text layer first, and then add it to your Brand Library.

Steps (Android)

To save a font from a text layer to your Brand Library:

  1. Select the Space you want to work in.

  2. Select Content.

  3. Open a design that contains a text layer. Photoroom opens the design in the editor.

Alternatively, you could open an image that contains a text layer in the Batch editor or the Product editor. To learn about these, see the articles in the Related content section at the end.

  4. Select the text layer.

  5. Select the Brand Library icon on the text layer's pill menu.

Close-up of pill menu for a selected text layer. The Brand Library icon is highlighted.

  6. Select Save as font.
Photoroom saves the font from the text layer to the Brand Library.
