You can save a text layer in a design to your Brand Library. Everyone in your Space can then use the same text layer in their designs. This can help reduce editing times and make designs more consistent and on-brand.

Steps (iOS)

To save a text layer to your Brand Library:

  1. Select the Space you want to work in.

  2. Select Content and then select the design that has the text layer you want to save.
Photoroom opens the design in the editor.

Note: Alternatively, you could open an image in the Batch editor or open a product image in the Product editor. To learn about these, see the articles in the Related content section at the end.

  3. Select the text layer on the design.

  4. Select the Brand Library icon on the pill menu for the text layer.

Close up of pill menu. An arrow points to the Brand Library icon, which is the second icon from the left

If the pill menu is not shown, you can use the layer settings instead. In this case, select Save to Brand Library.

  5. Select Save as text layer.
Photoroom adds the text layer to your Brand Library.

  6. Select X to exit the design.

  7. Select Brand Library.
The text layer is shown in the Text Layers section.

Note: If you are working in the Batch editor or Product editor, return to the Home screen. Then select Content and then Brand Library.

When you edit a design or image, you can add a text layer from the Brand Library. It is available from Insert and Add text.
