You can cancel your Photoroom subscription or free trial at any time. We’re sorry to see you go, and we hope you’ll come back in the future.
To cancel successfully, it’s important to follow the instructions for the platform you originally used to subscribe.
Before you cancel
Before you cancel, be aware that:
You must cancel your subscription on the same platform where you subscribed (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Photoroom Web App).
If you don’t remember where you subscribed, check your confirmation emails or your Apple/Google account to see who is billing you.
Canceling on the wrong platform will not stop your subscription, and you’ll continue to be billed.
We can’t cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
If you cancel a free trial, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the trial. The trial will end automatically as long as you have canceled the subscription successfully.
If you cancel and later resubscribe, the price may be higher. You’ll pay the current price at the time of re-subscription.
Cancel a mobile subscription made from the Apple App Store
You can only cancel subscriptions through Apple. For instructions, see the official Apple support pages.
Note: If you cancel during the free trial, you’ll keep access to all subscription features until the trial ends.
When you have canceled:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Select your name.
Select Subscriptions. Your Photoroom subscription should no longer be in place (either not shown or shown as expired).
Photoroom can’t access Apple orders. For billing or refunds, contact Apple Support.
Cancel a mobile subscription made from the Google Play Store
You can only cancel Google Play subscriptions through Google. Follow the instructions in the following article:

Note: If you cancel during the free trial, you’ll keep access to all subscription features until the trial ends.
To check that your subscription has ended:
Open the Google Play app.
Select the profile icon in the corner.
Select Payments and subscriptions
Select Subscriptions.
Your your Photoroom subscription should no longer be in place (either not shown or shown as expired).
Cancel a web subscription made from the Web App
You can cancel web subscriptions from the Web App.
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space menu.
Select Your profile.
Select Your billing.
Find your subscription and select Manage your subscription.
The payment page loads and you can see your payment details.Select Cancel subscription.
For confirmation, select Cancel subscription.
Note: If you cancel during the free trial, you’ll keep access to all subscription features until the trial ends.
[Optional] Let us know why you are canceling.
To check the status of your subscription, go to Your billing. Your subscription should show as canceled. If you are still in a free trial period, there is information about when the free trial will end.
