How to get your subscription receipts/invoices?

Looking for a receipt or invoice for your Photoroom subscription? Here's how you find them.

There are different ways to get an invoice or receipt for your Photoroom subscription, depending on how you subscribed.

For instructions, see the section for the store that you used to purchase your subscription.


Apple App Store

If you purchased your subscription from the App Store, you will get a receipt or invoice as an email from Apple. You can also check your Apple ID purchase history.

Google Play Store

If you purchased your subscription from the Google Play store, you will get a receipt or invoice as an email from Google. You can also check your subscriptions in the Google Store.

Web App

If you purchased your subscription from the Web App version of Photoroom:

  1. Log in to your Photoroom account.

  2. Select the Space menu and then select Your profile.

  3. Select Your billing in the Account section on the sidebar.

  4. Select Manage subscription.

    Your subscription details are displayed in Stripe. Stripe is the payment service Photoroom uses for web subscriptions.

  5. Look in the Invoice history section and select the invoice you want to download.

  6. Select Download invoice or Download receipt, depending on what you want.
