If you have a paid account such as Pro or Max, you can use Photoroom templates for commercial purposes. But you need to be aware of copyright. The copyright on images used in templates varies, depending on where the images come from:

If you have a free account, you cannot use Photoroom for commercial purposes. Free accounts are for personal use only (see Can you use a free account for commercial purposes?).
Images included in Photoroom templates
If you have a paid subscription, you can use the pre-made templates included in Photoroom for commercial purposes (e-commerce, marketing, ads).
If you create your own templates, you must not use content that violates the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, patent, or trademark rights.
Images generated by AI features
If you have a paid subscription, you can use content generated by the Photoroom AI for commercial purposes. But be aware that AI may create content that contains copyrighted material. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the legal right to use content commercially.
You may not use images created by Photoroom or edited with Photoroom to try to violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, patent, or trademark rights.

For certain Photoroom features, you can use a search engine to find images from Unsplash or Pixabay. For example:
If you replace a background in Photoroom, you can use the search engine to find images.
If you insert an image into a design or template, you can use the search engine to find images.
