A reflection effect can add a stylish touch to minimalistic images and make them look even more professional.

To add reflections in Photoroom, use the Reflection feature. It is available when you edit a design and select a foreground object. For instructions, select the link for your device:

To create a reflection effect on the iPhone or iPad version of Photoroom:

On the Create page, select Your Content and choose the design you want to edit. Alternatively, select Start from Photo, and <a href="https://help.photoroom.com/en/articles/7917215-create-your-first-photoroom-design">create a new design</a>.

Select the foreground object that you want to have the reflection effect.

Use the Reflection slider to turn the reflection effect on.

[Optional] Use the slider to set the Opacity of the reflection. This is the amount of transparency.

[Optional] Select Move and then use pinch gestures to reposition the reflection. Select Done to confirm the move.

[Optional] Use the editing settings to make further changes to your image.

Select Export. Use the export settings to save and share your design.

To create a reflection on the Web App (desktop) version of Photoroom:

Log in to the web app at <a href="https://app.photoroom.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">app.photoroom.com</a>

Select Designs and choose the design you want to edit. Alternatively, select Create and <a href="https://help.photoroom.com/en/articles/7917215-create-your-first-photoroom-design">make a new design</a>.

[Optional] Select Move and then drag the reflection to reposition it. Select the back arrow next to the Move heading to confirm the move.

[Optional] Select the Reflection row in the settings to redisplay the reflection options. Then select Angle and use the slider to change the perspective of the reflection.

Select Download to save your design and download a local copy in the browser. Enter the name for the download file and choose its format.
