Who is billed for each additional team member?
Each Team will have one Admin (the one that creates the Team).
The Admin uses the free version
There's no fee for the main account (the Admin's account).
The whole Team will be limited to the free version features.
Except if a Team member has a personal Pro subscription. In that case, that concerned Team member will have access to Pro features and will pay for their Pro subscription themselves.
The main account uses the Pro version (2 situations possible):
1. The Admin initially upgraded to Pro from mobile:
The main account will be charged for the individual Pro subscription only according to the plan you chose (weekly or yearly)
The rest of the Team will still be limited to the free version (unless one of the user pays for an individual seat).
2. The Admin upgraded to Pro from the web, the Admin will be charged for:
The individual Pro subscription according to the plan you chose (monthly or yearly)
The first Team member that you add is free
Each additional team member's plan is charged to the main account (monthly or yearly according to the option you choose).
Is there an option for a Team member to pay yearly or monthly? (Web only)
If the team is Pro, it’s up to the team owner to decide if they want to pay yearly or monthly for the team.
When will the Admin be charged for each member? (Web only)
The Admin will be charged at the beginning of the membership (for the whole year or the whole month according to the option you chose).
If any team members join after the start date, the Admin will be charged on a prorated base for these additional seats the day after the Team members were added. For instance:
The Admin becomes Pro on the 1st of January.
The Admin will be charged for the whole year.
The Admin adds 2 Team members on the 1st of March
The Admin will be charged for one additional seat (one for free) on a prorated base. Here 10 months will be charged on the 2nd of March.
Every active membership will be automatically renewed and billed on the Admin account for the upcoming month or year.
