How to get in touch with Photoroom customer support

To get in touch with Photoroom customer support, send us a message from inside the Photoroom app. For instructions, select the link for your device:


On iPhone, iPad, and Android

You can contact us directly from the Photoroom app.

(Video shows Photoroom on Android, but the process is similar for iPhone and iPad)

  1. On the Create page, select the help icon at the top.

  2. Select Contact Photoroom Team (Chat with Photoroom team on iPhone and iPad).

  3. Choose the option for the type of message you want to send to us.

  4. Enter your message.

One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible. We will also suggest some help center articles that may be useful.


On the Web App

To contact Photoroom from the Web App:

  1. On the Create page, select the help icon in the bottom-right corner.

  2. Choose the option for the type of message you want to send to us.

  3. Enter your message.
