How to get in touch with PhotoRoom customer support

To get in touch with Photoroom customer support, send us a message from inside the Photoroom app. For instructions, select the link for your device:

If you are unable to contact us in the Photoroom app, send us an email.


On iPhone, iPad, and Android

If you are a Photoroom user, you can contact us directly from the Photoroom app. These messages go directly into our customer support center and we will usually answer them more quickly than emails.

The process for contacting us is similar on iPhone, iPad, and Android.

  1. On the Create page, select the help icon at the top.

  2. Select Contact Photoroom Team (Chat with Photoroom team on iPhone and iPad).

  3. Choose the option for the type of message you want to send to us.

  4. Enter your message.

We then confirm that we have received your message. One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible at the email address shown. We will also suggest some help center articles that may be useful.


On the Web App

To contact Photoroom from the Web App:

  1. On the Create page, select the help icon in the bottom-right corner.

  2. Choose the option for the type of message you want to send to us.

  3. Enter your message.

We then confirm that we have received your message. One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible at the email address shown. We will also suggest some help center articles that may be useful.
