Change your billing information

Learn how to edit your billing information, including your VAT or sales tax number

Do you need to change the billing information, such as address or VAT number for your account? The way to make the changes varies, depending on how you purchased your subscription.

For instructions, select the link for the store where you purchased your Photoroom subscription:

Apple App Store

If you purchased your Photoroom subscription from the App Store, your billing information is set in your App Store account. To change your billing information, such as address or VAT number, you will need to update your App Store account.

Photoroom cannot update your App Store billing information.

Google Play Store

If you purchased your Photoroom subscription from the Google Play Store, your billing information is set in your Play Store account. To change your billing information, such as address or VAT number, you will need to update your Play Store account.

Photoroom cannot update your Play Store billing information.

Web App

If you subscribed to Photoroom from our Web App (desktop), you can update your billing details in the Manage Subscription settings.

  1. Log in to Photoroom at app.photoroom.com.

  2. On the home page, select Manage subscription. Alternatively, select your profile avatar in the top-right and then select Your billing.

  3. Select Manage subscription.

  4. Use the options to update your billing details:

    1. Select the pencil icon next to the payment at the top to edit the current payment details.

    2. Select +Add payment method to add another way to pay.

    3. Select Update information to change the billing address, shipping address, phone number, or Tax ID (VAT, sales tax, consumption tax) for your account.

  5. Select Save to store any changes.

  6. Select the Return to Photoroom/Artizans link below the main heading in the left column to return to Photoroom.

Note: The Manage subscription option is only available if you have an active Photoroom subscription for a personal account.

If your account is the admin of a Team, your subscription becomes a Team subscription. To edit the billing details, see Change billing information for a Team subscription.
