Want to change your billing details, like your credit card, address or VAT/sales tax number? How you do it depends on where you bought your Photoroom subscription:
Apple App Store
If you subscribed using your Apple account, your billing details are managed in your Apple account settings. For instructions on how to change them, see Apple support.
Google Play Store
If you subscribed using your Google account, your billing details are managed in your Google Play Store account settings. For instructions on how to change them, see Google Play support.
Photoroom Web App.
You can change your information in Your billing. For instructions, see the section below.
Web App
If you subscribed to Photoroom from our Web App (desktop), you can update your billing details in the Manage Subscription settings.
Log in to Photoroom at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space menu.
Select Your profile.
Select Your billing.
Find the subscription that you want to change and select its Manage subscription option. Photoroom opens your subscription details in the Stripe payment system.
Note: You can only edit the billing for your Personal Space or a Team Space where you are the Team Admin.
Use the options to update your billing details:
Select the pencil icon next to the payment at the top to edit the current payment details.
Select +Add payment method to add another way to pay.
Select Update information to change the billing address, shipping address, phone number, or Tax ID (VAT, sales tax, consumption tax) for your account.
Select Save to store any changes.
Select the Return to Photoroom/Artizans link below the main heading in the left column to return to Photoroom.
Note: The Manage subscription option is only available if you have an active Photoroom subscription.
