You can update your payment details at any time. For example, you could change your:
Payment method, for example, switch to a different credit card
VAT or sales tax details
Billing or shipping address
Telephone number.
There are different ways to update your payment details, depending on where you purchased your Photoroom subscription:
Apple App Store
If you subscribed using your Apple account, your billing details are managed in your Apple account settings. On your Apple device, go to your Subscriptions and manage your Photoroom subscription from there. For instructions, see Apple support.
Google Play Store
If you subscribed using your Google account, your billing details are managed in your Google Play Store account settings. On your Android device, go to your Subscriptions and manage your Photoroom subscription from there. For instructions, see Google Play support.
Photoroom Web App.
You can change your information in Your billing. For instructions, see the section below.
On Web App
You can update your billing details in the Manage Subscription settings on the Photoroom Web App:
Log in to Photoroom at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space menu.
Select Your profile.
Select Your billing.
Find the subscription that you want to change and select its Manage subscription option.
You will only see a Manage subscription option if you are the Admin for the Space and there is an active subscription.
When you select Manage subscription, Photoroom opens your subscription details in the Stripe payment system.
Use the options to update your billing details:
Select the pencil icon next to the payment at the top to edit the current payment details.
Select +Add payment method to add another way to pay.
Select Update information to change the billing address, shipping address, phone number, or Tax ID (VAT, sales tax, consumption tax) for your account.
Select Save to store any changes.
Select the Return to Photoroom/Artizans link below the main heading in the left column to return to Photoroom.
