Change billing details for team charges

Learn how to edit billing information, such as address and VAT number, for team charges

If you are a team admin and you need to change your payment details, this article is for you. It explains how to make changes using the service that you originally used to purchase Photoroom.


Apple App Store

If you purchased your Photoroom subscription from the App Store, your billing information is set in your App Store account. To change your billing information, such as address or VAT number, you will need to update your App Store account.

Photoroom cannot update your App Store billing information.

Google Play Store

If you purchased your Photoroom subscription from the Google Play Store, your billing information is set in your Play Store account. To change your billing information, such as address or VAT number, you will need to update your Play Store account.

Photoroom cannot update your Play Store billing information.

Web App

If you subscribed to Photoroom from our Web App (desktop), you can update your billing details in the Manage Subscription settings.

  1. Log in to Photoroom at app.photoroom.com.

  2. On the home page, select Preferences.

  3. Select Your billing.

  4. Scroll down to your team subscription and then select Manage subscription.

  5. Select Team billing.

  6. Select Manage subscription.

  7. [Optional] To delete an existing payment method, select the context menu ( ... ) next to the payment method and then select Delete.

  8. [Optional] Select Add payment method to add another way to pay.

  9. [Optional] Select Update information to change the billing address, shipping address, phone number, or Tax ID (VAT, sales tax, consumption tax) for your account.

  10. Select Save to store any changes.

  11. Select the Return to Photoroom S.A.S link below the main heading in the left column to return to Photoroom.

Note: You can only edit the Team billing if you are the Team admin.
