If you are an admin or member of a Photoroom team, you can invite other people to join that team. All you need is their email address or some other way of sending them a URL invite.
When the recipient receives the invite, they can select the link to log in to Photoroom. Once logged in, they will be a member of your team.
For instructions, select the link for your device:
On iPhone and iPad
To invite a user to your team on the Android version of Photoroom:

On the Create page, select Your Content.
At the top of the Your Content page, choose the team workspace that you want users to join.
Select Manage team.
Select Invite people.
Enter the email addresses for the people you want to invite to your team. You can invite up to 2 people at the same time.
Select Send Invites.
Photoroom sends an invite link to the email address(es) you provided. The users can select the links and follow the on-screen instructions to join your team.
Note: As an alternative to steps 5 and 6, you can select Get a shareable link and then select Share. Use one of your other apps to send the invite link to the people you want to join your team.
On Android
To invite a user to join your team on the Android version of Photoroom:

Log in to the Web App at app.photoroom.com.
At the top of the left side panel, choose the team workspace that you want users to join.
Select Manage team.
Select Invite people (in the Team members category).
Enter the email addresses for the people you want to invite to your team. You can invite up to 2 people at the same time.
Select Send Invites.
