When using the Activity feed*, you can mark an event as read so that other users know the activity has been looked at. You can also mark all events as read.

On mobile versions of Photoroom, you can also change a read event back into an unread event. This can be useful when you have read an event message, but want to make it unread again so that other people take notice of it.

* The Activity feed is called Team Comments on the Web App.

On iPhone and iPad

On iPhone and iPad you can:

  • Mark an event as read

  • Switch a read event back to unread.

  1. Select Activity to display the Activity list. Note that unread events have a red circle next to them. You can also select the Unread tab to view only the unread events.

  2. Either:

    1. Swipe left on an event to mark the event as read without visiting the design related to the event.

    2. Select the event to open the design (or Team workspace if there is more than one design). When you visit the design, the event changes to read automatically.

    3. Select Mark all as read. This marks every event in the list as read.
