購読の領収書や請求書はどのように入手できますか？

Photoroomのサブスクリプションに関する請求書や領収書の入手方法は、ご契約方法によって異なります。

手順については、サブスクリプションを購入したストアのセクションをご覧ください。

Apple App Store

App Storeからサブスクリプションを購入された場合、Appleからメールで領収書または請求書が送付されます。また、Apple IDの購入履歴からも確認できます。

Google Playストアでサブスクリプションを購入された場合、Googleから領収書または請求書がメールで送付されます。また、Googleストアでサブスクリプションを確認することもできます。

Webアプリ

PhotoroomのWebアプリ版からサブスクリプションを購入された場合：

  1. https://app.photoroom.com/にアクセスしてください

  2. Photoroomアカウントにログインしてください。

  3. 「スペース」メニューを選択し、「プロフィール」を選択してください。

  4. サイドバーの「アカウント」セクションにある「お支払い情報」を選択してください。

  5. 「サブスクリプションの管理」を選択します。

    Stripeにサブスクリプションの詳細が表示されます。Stripeは、Photoroomがウェブサブスクリプションに利用している決済サービスです。

  6. 「請求書履歴」セクションを確認し、ダウンロードしたい請求書を選択してください。

  7. 目的に応じて、「請求書をダウンロード」または「領収書をダウンロード」を選択してください。
