定期購読の領収書/請求書を入手するには？

Photoroomサブスクリプションの請求書または領収書を入手するには、サブスクライブ方法によって異なる方法があります。

手順については、サブスクリプションの購入に使用したストアのセクションを参照してください。

アップルアプリストア

App Storeで購入された場合は、Appleから領収書または請求書がメールで届きます。Apple IDの購入履歴を確認することもできます。

Google Playストアから定期購読を購入した場合、Googleから領収書または請求書がメールで届きます。また、Google ストアで購読履歴を確認することもできます。

ウェブアプリ

Photoroomのウェブアプリ版からサブスクリプションを購入した場合：

  1. https://app.photoroom.com/にアクセスします。

  2. Photoroomアカウントにログインします。

  3. スペース]メニューを選択し、[あなたのプロフィール]を選択します。

  4. サイドバーのアカウントセクションで課金を選択します。

  5. サブスクリプションを管理]を選択します。

    購読の詳細がStripeに表示されます。Stripeは、PhotoroomがWeb購読に使用している決済サービスです。

  6. インボイス履歴セクションを見て、ダウンロードしたいインボイスを選択します。

  7. 請求書をダウンロード]または[領収書をダウンロード]を選択します。
