구독 영수증/청구서는 어떻게 받을 수 있나요?

Photoroom 구독에 대한 청구서나 영수증을 받는 방법은 가입 방식에 따라 다릅니다.

Apple App Store

App Store에서 구독을 구매한 경우, Apple에서 이메일로 영수증이나 청구서를 받게 됩니다. Apple ID 구매 내역을 확인하실 수도 있습니다.

Google Play 스토어

Google Play 스토어에서 구독을 구매하신 경우, Google로부터 이메일로 영수증이나 청구서를 받게 됩니다. 또한 Google 스토어에서 구독 내역을 확인하실 수 있습니다.

Photoroom 웹 앱 버전에서 구독을 구매하신 경우:

  1. https://app.photoroom.com/으로 이동하세요

  2. Photoroom 계정에 로그인하십시오.

  3. 'Space' 메뉴를 선택한 다음 'Your profile'을 선택하세요.
