Delete images from AI Image history

How to remove images that are stored in your AI Image history

When you create AI Images, Photoroom saves the generated images in your AI image history so that you can use them again. If you know there are AI images that you don't want to keep, you can delete them.


On iPhone and iPad

To delete an image from your AI history:

  1. Select AI Tools.

  2. Select the AI feature that has the images you want to remove.
    To see the full list of AI features, select the See <number> more option.

  3. Select the context menu ( ... ) for the AI image you want to remove from your AI history.

  4. Select Delete this image.


On Android

To delete an image from your AI history:

  1. Select AI Tools.

  2. Select the AI feature that has the images you want to remove.
    To see the full list of AI features, select the See <number> more option.

  3. Select the context menu ( ... ) for the AI image you want to remove from your AI history.

  4. Select Delete.


On Web App

On the Web App version of Photoroom, you can access your AI Images history and delete individual images or multiple images at once.

Delete individual images from your AI history

To delete an image from your AI history:

  1. Select the workspace you want to work in.

  2. Select AI Tools.

  3. Select the AI feature that you want to use.
    To see the full list of AI features, select the See all option.

  4. Select the context menu ( ... ) for the AI image you want to remove from your AI history.

  5. Select Delete.

Delete multiple images from your AI history

To delete multiple images from your AI history:

  1. Select AI Images in the side menu.

  2. [Optional] Filter the list to only show AI images belonging to a particular category by selecting the category at the top. For example, select Product photography to see only AI images generated using the Product photography feature.

  3. Select the images you want to remove from the AI history:

    1. Hover the cursor over an image.

    2. Check the box in the top corner to select the image.

    3. Repeat for the other images you want to delete.

  4. Select Delete.
