A workspace is an area where you can create and save new designs and also access existing designs.

There are two types of workspace:

  • Personal workspace

Every Photoroom user has their own personal workspace that is private to them. Other users cannot access it.

  • Team workspace

A team workspace is a shared workspace where you can collaborate on designs with your friends and colleagues.

The features that are available to use in a team workspace vary, depending on who created the team. There are free teams that only provide access to free features, Pro teams that provide access to Pro features, and Max teams that provide access to all features.

When working in Photoroom, be aware that:

  • You are working in the correct workspace

  • What you save in one workspace is not available in other workspaces

  • You can transfer designs from one workspace to another

  • In team workspaces, the AI-generation limit is shared by all users in the workspace.
