Photoroom saves your designs in the currently selected workspace. If you prefer, you can save your designs in a different workspace.

When you save a design in another workspace, you move the design from the current workspace into the other workspace.

Note: You can save a design or template in a different workspace on the iPhone, iPad, and Android versions of Photoroom. On the Web App, you cannot save in another workspace but you can move a design to another workspace instead.

On iPhone and iPad

To save a design in a different workspace on the iPhone or iPad version of Photoroom:

(Video shows Photoroom on iPhone)

  1. Select Your Content and make sure that you are in the workspace that contains the design you want to save and move.

To switch to a different workspace, select the arrow next to the workspace name and then select a workspace from the list.

  2. Select the template or design that you want to save and move.

  3. Select Export. By default, Photoroom saves the design in the workspace you are currently working in.

  4. Select the name of the workspace immediately below the image of the design.

  5. From the Saving Options, select the new workspace for the design. You can choose from your Personal space or any of your Team workspaces.

  6. Select the cross icon ( X ) to close.

  7. Select Done.

Photoroom moves the design so that it is saved in the workspace you chose in step. 5. Photoroom also switches the editor to that workspace too. Be aware that if you work on other designs, they will autosave in your current workspace.

Note: You can also move a design to another workspace from Your Content.
