If you want to use a similar themed AI Background for many of your designs, you can add the AI Background to your brand kit. You can then apply the AI Background to other designs from the brand kit instead of going through all the steps to create an AI Background. It's a handy shortcut!
Note: When you reuse an AI Background from your brand kit, Photoroom generates similar AI Backgrounds for you to choose from. The AI Backgrounds are not identical to the one in your brand kit.
Note: Adding AI Backgrounds from your brand kit is supported on the iPhone, iPad, and Web App versions of Photoroom.
On iPhone and iPad
Note: Before following the instructions in this section, you need to have added an AI Background to your brand kit.
To apply an AI Background from your brand kit to a design:
Select Content.
Select the workspace you want to work in.
Either:
Select Create new and upload an image to create a new design. If Photoroom removes its background, select a template and then open the design in the editor.
Select an existing design to open it in the editor.
Select Backgrounds.
Select the AI Background you want to reuse from your brand kit.
Photoroom generates 2 AI Backgrounds that are similar to the one you selected from your brand kit.Select one of the generated AI Backgrounds to apply it to your image.
Alternatively, select Generate more to get the AI to create more alternatives to choose from. You can also change the prompt and select the arrow button to generate different backgrounds.
[Optional] Use the editor settings to make additional changes, such as add text or graphics to your design.
[Optional] Select Export. Use the export settings to save your design as an image file on your device. You can also share your design with other people.
Select X to save your design and exit the editor.
On Web App
Note: Before following the instructions in this section, you need to have added an AI Background to your brand kit.
To apply an AI Background from your brand kit to a design:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Select the workspace you want to work in.
Either:
Select Create new and then upload an image to create a new design.
Select an existing design to open it in the editor.
Look in the AI Backgrounds section of the Brand Kit side panel.
If the Brand Kit side panel is not displayed, select Brand Kit.
Select the AI Background you want to reuse from your brand kit.
Photoroom generates 2 AI Backgrounds that are similar to the one you selected from your brand kit.Select one of the generated AI Backgrounds to apply it to your image.
Alternatively, select Generate more to get the AI to create more alternatives to choose from. You can also select Create a background and then change the prompt to fine tune the AI Background.
[Optional] Use the editor settings to make additional changes, such as add text or graphics to your design.
[Optional] Select Download to save your design as an image file. Enter a file name, select the file type and then select Download.
Select Home to save your design and exit the editor.
