The subscription for each Space is paid for by an Admin user for the Space. The payment is associated with one specific Admin user account, which is either:
The user that created the Space (they are the Admin for that Space, by default).
The first Admin user to buy a subscription for the Space.
An Admin user that has had the subscription transferred to their user account.
If you need to transfer the subscription payment from one Admin user account to another, contact Photoroom customer support. Our support team can handle the transfer for you, as this isn’t something you can do yourself.
