Some features in Photoroom let you choose a color. For example, if you have a single-color background, you'll be able to choose and change the color. On the Android version of Photoroom, there are several ways to choose a color, including:

  • Color palette

  • Eyedropper (select a color shown on-screen)

  • Enter a color value.

In this article, we explain how to use the different types of color selector. If you are using the iOS or Web App versions of Photoroom, see these articles for instructions:

Choose from a color palette (Android)

You can choose a color from a color palette. Photoroom includes several categories, including:

  • Suggested (not labeled) - Colors that are complementary to the colors in your image

  • Brand - Colors that are set in the Brand Kit for the Space

  • Standard colors - A range of colors.

Select a color to apply it.

Use the eyedropper tool (Android)

The eyedropper tool lets you select a color that is currently shown on your screen.

To use the eyedropper:

  1. Select the eyedropper icon (pipette) in the color palette or select the Pick color option.
