This article shows how to use the Light on feature to lighten or darken a foreground layer on a design.

On Web App
To improve the lighting:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Select the Space that contains the dark design.
Select Designs.
Select the design you want to edit.
Select the layer you want to lighten.
Use the Light on feature in the layer settings to make the layer lighter (or darker if you turn Light on off).
[Optional] Use the editor settings to make further changes to the design.
[Optional ] Select Download to download your design as an image file in the browser. Enter a name for the download folder, choose an image file format, and then select Download to confirm.
Select the Home button to save your design and exit the editor.
Note: You can also make a layer brighter or darker by using the Brightness and Highlights options in the Adjust settings for a layer.
