By using the Batch feature, you can change the background of multiple images at once. Choose from:
AI Backgrounds
Single color backgrounds
Regular images

Steps: AI Background for a batch (iOS)
You can use Photoroom's AI to generate background images for your batch. The images will have a similar look and feel, but won't be exactly the same. This is because the AI adapts each background to suit the colors and lighting in each individual image.

Create a batch of images or select Batch and then Resume previous batch.
Select Background.
Select AI Backgrounds.
Photoroom generates 2 suggested AI Backgrounds.
If you want to use a suggested AI Background, select it and then select Use image. You can ignore the remaining steps.
Either:
Use the prompt field to describe the AI Background you want.
Select Background and choose a theme from the list or search for an inspiration image on Unsplash.
When you have an AI Background that you like, select it and then select Use image.
Select Apply to batch to generate backgrounds for all images in the batch. This will cost AI credits. If you don't want to go ahead with the AI Background, select Cancel. You can then use a color or a regular background instead.
Steps: Image as background for a batch (iOS)
To use a regular static image as the background for a batch of images:
Create a batch of images or select Batch and then Resume previous batch.
Select Background.
Select Image.
Either:
Upload an image.
Select an image provided by Photoroom. There are various categories to choose from.
Use Search to look for images on Unsplash.
Select the image you want and Photoroom will add it to the background of each image in your batch.
Steps: Color as background for a batch
You can use a single color as the background for images in a batch:
Create a batch of images or select Batch and then Resume previous batch.
Select Background.
Select one of these:
Checkered pattern for transparent background
White
Black
Color picker +
This step only applies if you chose the Color picker +.
Select a color from the palettes or select the color wheel to create a custom color. The color wheel has:
Eye dropper (pipette) icon - Select it and then select an on-screen color.
Grid - Choose a color from the chart.
Spectrum - Choose a color from the chart.
Sliders - Use the sliders to set the color, enter the RGB color values or enter a hex value.
For hex values, you can select sRGB or Display P3 to display a menu that lets you switch between the two.
