Certain users can move a saved design from one Space to another. This is useful when:
You want to migrate designs to a new Space
A design was created in the wrong Space.
Who can move a design to another Space?
Only the original creator and the Space Admin can move a design:

Note: Authors and Space Admins must also be members of the destination Space.
Steps (iOS)
To move a design to another Space:
Select the Space that contains the design.
Select Content.
Find the design you want to move and select its context menu ( ... ).
Select Move to Space.
If the Move to Space is unavailable, see the Troubleshooting section below.
Choose the destination Space.
Photoroom moves the design to the destination Space. The design is moved, not copied.
Note: When you move a design with comments, the comments are removed as part of the transfer process.
Troubleshooting
Why “Move to Space” may be unavailable
The option may be grayed out or missing if:
You are not the original creator of the design
You are not an Admin for the Space
You do not have access to another Space
The image is a result of an AI tool rather than a saved design.
What to do if you can’t move a design
If the option is unavailable:
Ask a Space Admin to either:
Make you an Admin
Move the design for you
Make sure you have access to at least one other Space
If you're trying to use an AI tool result, open the image in the editor and select Home to save it as a design. Then try again.
If you meet all requirements and still cannot move the design, contact support.
