Set the default file format for exports (Web App)

How to set the default file format to a specific format so that you don't have to change it each time you download. Web App.

You can set a default file format for exporting designs in Photoroom. This helps save time if you usually export in the same format, such as JPEG or PNG.

Steps (Web App)

To set the default file format for exports:

  1. Log in at app.photoroom.com.

  2. Select Preferences.

  3. Select Settings for any of your Spaces.

  4. Choose the default file format.
    ​
    This file format will be used as the default across all of your Spaces, but only for you. Other users may choose a different file format in the same Space.
    ​

  5. Select X to exit.

When you download in any of your Spaces, your chosen format will be used as the default.
