Control the influence of the Brand description

How to use the Brand style setting to control whether the Brand description influences Photoroom when generating AI images.

Many of Photoroom's AI tools, such as AI Fashion Models and Ghost Mannequin, have a Brand style setting. It controls whether the AI uses your Brand description when it generates an image, so you can keep results consistent with your brand.

Brand style is either a named setting or an icon in the AI tools' settings.

Brand style is a named option on the Web App.

Before you continue, be aware of the differences:

  • The Brand description is a short piece of text that explains what your organisation does, who it is for, and its tone and voice, for example authoritative, professional, or playful. Each Space has one Brand description, set up as part of the Brand Kit.

  • The Brand style setting is the switch in each AI tool that tells Photoroom whether to include the description as part of the prompt.

Turning Brand style on and off

Use the Brand style setting to control whether the Brand description influences the result.

  • When Brand style is On:
Photoroom will generate an image based on the AI tool's settings and the style in the Brand description. For example, if your Brand description mentions a cool, clinical look, Photoroom will generate a light, minimalist image.

  • When Brand style is Off:
Photoroom will ignore the Brand description. It will generate an image based on the AI tool's settings only.

By default, Brand style is off for AI tools.

Changing the Brand description

When Brand style is on, the Brand description field becomes available. It contains the current Brand description which you can edit if you need to.

Important!

There is one shared Brand description per Space. If you change it in an AI tool's settings, the change applies across the entire Space and updates the Brand description in the Brand Kit. If other people work in the Space, check with them before changing it, in case it affects their work.
