Each product in Shopify has product information, also known as metadata, that helps users and search engines/bots find and understand your product. This includes the product title, description, image file name, and image alt text. In Photoroom, you can edit each of these manually or generate them automatically using AI.

Availability
Photoroom must be connected to your Shopify store
Publishing to Shopify requires a Max or Ultra subscription.
Steps (Web App)
To edit the product information for a Shopify product:
Make sure Shopify is selected in the menu options on the left. You should see the Shopify sidebar.
Select Title & description.
Either:
Enter a new title and description to overwrite the existing title and description
Select Generate below the fields for an AI-generated title or description
Select Generate all at the bottom to have the AI generate a title and description.
Select the Back arrow to return to the Shopify sidebar.
Select SEO & metadata.
To make changes, you can select Generate all to auto-generate the file names and alt text or you can edit them individually:
Enter an SEO optimized name for each image file or select Generate in its description to auto-generate the name.
Enter an Alt text description or select Generate in its description to auto-generate the text.
Select X to return to the Shopify Products screen.
