If you subscribe to Photoroom through Shopify, you need to use Shopify to:
Manage your account
Upgrade the plan for a Space
Cancel Photoroom for a Space
You can open Shopify's Photoroom plan screen from Photoroom.
Note: Only a Space admin can activate the plan on a Space. To make changes in Shopify, you need a Shopify account with access to billing.
Steps (Android)
To access the Photoroom plan screen:
Select the Space that your Shopify plan pays for.
Select Manage account.
Select Manage subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription.
In the "Shopify subscription" dialog ("Subscription is managed through Shopify"), select Manage on Shopify. The Photoroom plan screen opens in your browser.
Note: If the dialog only shows "OK", close it and try again. If it still happens, contact Photoroom support.
Use the Photoroom plan screen in Shopify to make your changes.
Important:
Don't use Change Plan on Android. It opens a general help article, not Shopify.
Don't use Request a refund. It opens the same Shopify dialog and doesn't start a refund. To request a refund, contact Photoroom support instead.
