You can save a static background image to your Brand Library so that it's available for use in other designs. Anyone working in the Space can then open a design and apply the background.

Steps (iOS)

To save a background to your Brand Library:

  1. Select the Space you want to work in.

  2. Select Content.

  3. Select the design that has the background you want to save.

Alternatively, you can create a new design, apply a background to it, and use that.

  4. Select the background layer.

Tip: If it is difficult to select the background layer, select Layers and then select the background layer in the list.

  5. [Optional] Select Retouch to enter retouch mode. There, you can see the background layer on its own. If needed, you can use Retouch to blend out any areas that you don't want. Select Done to exit.

For details, see How to use Retouch.

  6. Select Save background to Brand Library.

The image is now saved as a background in your Brand Library. Anyone working in the Space can access the Brand Library and add the background to their designs. For details, see Apply a Brand Library background to a design (iOS).
