Your photo was not scanned properly

It happens that our algorithm doesn't scan/cut out your product or portrait properly.
For a better scan result and a better photo overall, replace your current photo by one that has:

  • A plain background contrasting with your object

  • Good lighting

  • No clutter

If the scan still doesn't work, we have several scanning algorithms and you can edit manually the cut out explained in this article
