Web subscription
If you subscribed on the Web App, you can use the same log in on your new phone/tablet. Just download the mobile app and log in.
Apple App Store subscription
Your subscription is linked to the Apple ID that was signed in when you subscribed. Use the same Apple ID to sign in to the App Store on your new device and then download Photoroom. You can log in using the same Photoroom account as before.
Google Play Store
Your subscription is linked to the Google account that was signed in when you subscribed. Use the same Google account to sign in to the Play Store on your new device and then download Photoroom. You can log in using the same Photoroom account as before.
Note: If you've changed from an Android phone to iOS or iOS to Android, you'll need to share your subscription.
Troubleshooting - Photoroom on a new phone
If you have installed Photoroom on a new phone and experience problems, try the following:
Make sure you log in to Photoroom using the same log in details that you used on your old phone.
Make sure your new phone is signed in to the same App Store/Play Store account that you used to buy your subscription.
Check that you are in a Space that is associated with your subscription.
If you paid for a subscription, your Space should show a Pro, Max, or Ultra label.
If the Space doesn't have a label, it is a free space. Your subscription is likely associated with a different Space. With Photoroom, it is one subscription per Space.
Try restoring Photoroom.
