Note that if you are the team admin (creator) of a team, you will be billed for each member's Pro account. The first two members are included free as part of your Pro subscription, but you are billed for every additional Pro seat after that. To find out more, see Billing process for teams.
On Web App
To upgrade a team to Pro on the web app (desktop) version of Photoroom:
Log in to Photoroom at app.photoroom.com.
Select your team workspace.
Select Upgrade team to pro in the banner.
Choose your preferred subscription period and then select Start your 7 day trial.
Follow the on-screen instructions for adding your payment details.
You will be billed for all members in your team, except the first two team members (in the first team that you create). If they have their own personal Pro accounts, they should cancel them. They will get Pro access through their membership of your Pro team.
