The process for deleting your account is slightly different depending on whether you use Photoroom on mobile (iOS, Android) or the Web App.
On mobile (iPhone, iPad, Android)
To delete your account on the iOS or Android version of Photoroom:
Run the Photoroom app and log in.
Before you delete your account, make sure you cancel any paid subscriptions associated with your account (see Cancel your subscription).
⚠️ Important note: If you are on a paid plan, deleting your account does not end your subscriptions. You need to cancel your subscriptions before you delete your account.
Select the Space menu.
Select Manage account.
Scroll down and select Delete account.
Type Delete into the field and select Delete to confirm.
If you do not have an active subscription, you will see a "Check your email to continue" message.
If you have an active subscription, you will see a "Your account could not be deleted" message. You need to cancel your subscription before you can delete your Photoroom account. When you have canceled, come back and go through the delete your account instructions again.
Open the email from Photoroom. It may take several minutes to arrive.
If you do not receive an email, check your junk folders and refresh your email. If there is still no email from Photoroom, contact support for help.
Select Confirm Deletion in the email.
On Web App
You can't delete your account by yourself on the Web App version of Photoroom. It has to be deleted by our customer support agents.
To contact customer support about deleting your user account:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Before you delete your account, make sure you cancel any paid subscriptions associated with your account (see Cancel your subscription).

Select the support icon in the bottom-right corner.
Select Messages.
Select Ask a question.
Select Another question.
Let us know that you want to delete your account. Provide your email address and enter the following text in your message: "I understand that all of my content will be lost".
We will delete your account. This usually takes around 24 hours, but may vary.
