There are different ways to manage your Photoroom subscription, depending on how you purchased Photoroom:

  • From the Apple App Store

  • From the Google Play Store

  • From the Photoroom Web App (browser version of Photoroom).

Ideally, you will remember which account you used to create your subscription. If you are not sure, follow the instructions for the payment method you think is most likely. You can usually figure out which account you used through a process of elimination.

Subscribed from Apple App Store

If you purchased Photoroom from the Apple App Store, manage your account on your Apple device:

  1. Select Settings on your Apple device.

  2. Select your profile.

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Select Photoroom.

  5. Use the options to change, renew, upgrade, or cancel your subscription.

If you do not see a Photoroom subscription, it is likely because:

  • You did not purchase Photoroom on this Apple account. Please try your other Apple accounts.

  • You purchased Photoroom using a Google account or your Photoroom account. Please check your email for a receipt of your payment. You should receive a receipt email from the service you used to subscribe, either Apple, Google, or Photoroom (via Stripe).

With Apple subscriptions, please be aware that:

  • Payments and refunds are handled directly by Apple. Photoroom cannot access account information or issue refunds, they have to be issued by Apple.

  • Your Pro membership is associated with the Apple account you used to make the purchase.

  • You cannot upgrade a Team to Pro. Instead, each member has to subscribe to Pro individually.

  • You can upgrade from Pro to Business from the App Store.

For more information about managing subscriptions in the App Store, see the Apple support pages.

Subscribed from Google Play Store

If you purchased Photoroom from the Google Play Store, manage your account from there too.

Using an Android device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Log in using the Google account you used to purchase Photoroom.

  3. Select your profile.

  4. Select Payments and subscriptions.

  5. Select Subscriptions.

  6. Select Photoroom.

  7. Use the options to change, renew, upgrade, or cancel your subscription.

Using a web browser:

  1. Sign in with the Google account you used to purchase Photoroom.

  2. Select Photoroom.

  3. Use the options to change, renew, upgrade, or cancel your subscription.

If you do not see a Photoroom subscription, it is likely because:

  • You did not purchase Photoroom on this Google account. Please try your other Google accounts.

  • You purchased Photoroom using an Apple account or your Photoroom account. Please check your email for a receipt of your payment. You should receive a receipt email from the service you used to subscribe, either Apple, Google, or Photoroom (via Stripe).

With Google subscriptions, please be aware that:

  • Payments and refunds are handled directly by Google. Photoroom cannot access account information or issue refunds, they have to be issued by Google.

  • Your Pro membership is associated with the Google Play Store account you used to make the purchase.

  • You cannot upgrade a Team to Pro. Instead, each member has to subscribe to Pro individually.

If you purchased Photoroom from the Web App (web browser version of Photoroom):

  1. Select Preferences.

  2. Select Your billing.

  3. Select Manage subscription.

  4. Use the options to manage your subscription.

With Web App subscriptions, please be aware:

  • You need to manage your subscription in the Web App

  • We use Stripe to handle payments and refunds
