Refund error messages

If you request a refund and get an error message, it is likely due to:

  • You've made a refund request on an incorrect platform, for example, you've used an iPhone to request a web subscription refund.

  • You've made a refund request outside of the refund period. This is 14 days for a monthly or yearly plan and 4 days for a weekly plan.

  • There is a technical problem.

For App Store subscription refunds, you can request a refund directly from the store. For instructions, see:

For Play Store and web subscriptions, contact Photoroom support for assistance.
