If you have purchased PhotoRoom Pro by mistake, you can apply for a refund. The process for requesting a refund varies, depending on which platform you used to subscribe.

AppStore
If you subscribed from the AppStore, there are two ways to request a refund:
We recommend you request a Refund from the PhotoRoom app as it is usually quicker.
Note: Your subscription is tied to the Apple Store account you used to purchase PhotoRoom Pro.
Refund from the PhotoRoom app
To request a refund from the PhotoRoom app:
Log in to the appropriate Apple Store account on your iPhone or iPad.
This has to be the:Apple Store account that you used to purchase PhotoRoom.
iPhone or iPad that you are going to use to request the refund.
Open the PhotoRoom app.
Select the Pro icon at the top.
Select the Need help? link at the bottom of the screen.
Select Manage Subscription.
Select Request a refund.
PhotoRoom should display a "Refund is successful" message.
If there is a problem, you will get a "Request failed" message. This can happen if there are temporary system problems or if you are trying to cancel from the wrong device. Please contact PhotoRoom customer support for assistance.
Refund from the AppStore
To request a refund directly from the AppStore, select the following link and follow the instructions. Apple will issue the refund.
If your request is successful, you should receive a payment within 2 weeks. If you do not receive your payment, contact the AppStore support for assistance.
PhotoRoom support cannot help you with AppStore refunds.
Google Play Store
To request a refund from the PhotoRoom app:
Log in to the appropriate Google Play account on your device.
This has to be the:Google Play Store account that you used to purchase PhotoRoom.
Android device that you are going to use to request the refund.
Open the PhotoRoom app.
Select the Pro icon at the top.
Select Manage My Subscription.
Select Request a refund.
PhotoRoom should display a "Refund is successful" message.
If there is a problem, you will get a "Request failed" message. This can happen if there are temporary system problems or if you are trying to cancel from the wrong device. Please contact PhotoRoom customer support for assistance.

PhotoRoom support cannot help you with Google Play Store refunds.
Web App
If you subscribed from the Web App (desktop), contact PhotoRoom customer support to arrange your refund.
When you contact us, please provide your PhotoRoom invoice.
You should have received our invoice by email. To find the email address that we used for your invoice:
Log in to the Web App using the account that you want to cancel.
Select your profile at the top-right of the Web App. The menu shows the email address that should have received our invoice.
If you cannot find the invoice, try checking your spam or junk folders. If you are still unable to find an invoice, let customer support know when you contact us.
Shopify
If you purchased PhotoRoom Pro through Shopify, please contact us from the Shopify platform.
Refund didn't work?
If you are unable to complete the refund process explained in the sections above, please contact our customer support for assistance.
We can't guarantee a refund, but our team will take the time to understand your situation and try to help you. We will get back to you within a few days.
If your refund request was successful and you are waiting for the money to be paid, please wait at least 10 days. Our customer support team cannot help with tracking the payment during this time period.
