Sometimes a person who has been invited to join a team may have lost access to the invite link. For example, they may have accidentally deleted the invite email. In this situation, you can resend the invite.

Note: The Resend feature is currently unavailable on iPhone and iPad. We are working on adding the feature to iOS soon.
On Android
To resend a team invitation on the Android version of Photoroom:

On the Create page, select Your Content.
At the top of the Your Content page, select the team workspace that has the invite you want to resend.
Select Manage team.
Select the invite that you want to resend.
Select Resend invite.
Note: If the user does not receive the invite, ask them to check their spam folders. If they cannot find the invite, create a new invite and double-check that the email address or other contact details are correct. Look out for typing mistakes!
On the Web App
To resend a team invitation on the Web App (desktop) version of Photoroom:

Log in to the Photoroom Web App at: app.photoroom.com
At the top of the left sidebar, select the team workspace that has the invite you want to resend.
Select Manage team.
Select the three dotted menu for the invite that you want to resend.
Select Resend invite.
