Use the Enable automatic regeneration option in Preferences to control whether Photoroom redraws AI Shadows (and AI Backgrounds).

By default, Photoroom will automatically redraw an AI Shadow when you move an object Layer on a design or template. It redraws it to suit the new position of the object layer, giving a more realistic image.

If you prefer, you can set Photoroom to stop regenerating AI Shadows (and AI Backgrounds). For instructions, see Control auto-regeneration of AI backgrounds and AI shadows.
