Use Photoroom's Share feature to invite people to view or edit your designs. You can share a design with anyone, even people who don't currently use Photoroom.

When you share a design, Photoroom creates a link that you can send via email or any messaging service. Anyone with the link can select it to open the design in Photoroom.

Note: If you share a design and then change your mind, you can cancel a share by making the design private again. For instructions, see Cancel a share design link.

On iPhone and iPad

To share a design on the iPhone or iPad version of Photoroom:

  1. On the Create page, select Your Content and then select the design you want to share.

If you cannot see the design, make sure that you are in the correct workspace. You can choose the workspace at the top of the Your Content page.

  2. Select Export.

  3. Select Share Edit Link.
Photoroom copies a link to the design to your device's clipboard.

  4. Select the app you want to use to share the link, for example, your Mail app or WhatsApp.

  5. Enter the message details, such as the recipient and any message you want to add. Photoroom automatically adds the link to the design in your message.

  6. Send the message.

When someone receives a shared design link, they can select it to open the design in Photoroom. If they are not a Photoroom user, they will also receive a link to install the Photoroom app (mobile devices only).

Note: If nobody else is working on the design, the link will open the same design file that you shared. If someone is already working on the design, the link will open a duplicate of the design instead.
