Create a team on the Web App

Learn how to create a team on the Web App version of Photoroom

If you are using the Web App version of Photoroom, use the workspace menu or the Create Team option to make your own team.

  1. Either:

    • Select the workspace menu and then select Create Team.

    • Select Create Team in the sidebar.

  2. Select Create a team on the start page.

  3. Enter a Team name and then select Continue.

  4. [Optional] Invite people to join your team, either by entering their email address or using the Invite options. Select Send invites.

    If you want to skip this step for now, select Maybe later.

  5. [Optional] You can import design elements from a website into the brand kit for your team. A brand kit is a collection of shared elements that you can use on many designs, such as logos, commonly used images, and fonts.

    Note: You can learn more about brand kits in What is a brand kit?.

    To import elements in the brand kit:

    1. Enter your website address and then select Import.

    2. If you like the content that Photoroom detects, select Add to Brand kit. If you don't want to import the content, select Skip.

You now have a team workspace.

Be aware that:

  • If you are a free user (no Pro plan), you can create a basic team and invite other users to join it.

  • If you are a Pro user, the first team that you create is a Pro team. Every team you create after that is a basic team (free).

You can upgrade your free teams to Pro at any time.
